Sales Enablement Analyst II

Requirements and Responsibilities
Develops and implements sales enablement strategies and initiatives to support the sales team in achieving targets. Equips sellers with the right content, training, coaching, processes, and tools needed to successfully engage with prospects and buyers throughout the sales cycle. Provides the sales team with the resources, information, and support needed to sell effectively and efficiently. Utilizes data and feedback collected from the field to identify areas where improvements can be made and adjusts strategies as needed. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.
