Risk Modeling Analyst II

Requirements and Responsibilities
Utilizes risk modeling techniques to identify, quantify, and forecast potential risk scenarios of an organization. Gathers and analyzes pertinent data to create or strengthen models that forecast risk exposure and help make informed business decisions. Continuously monitors the economic and business landscape to update, review, or validate models as new data becomes available. Collaborates with outside departments to gather information and communicate findings or recommendations of analysis. Defines, documents, and summarizes methodologies, assumptions, and results of risk models and prepares reports for management. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.
