RFP Analyst III

Requirements and Responsibilities
Responsible for managing and responding to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) from potential clients, ensuring that proposals are accurate, compliant, and persuasive to maximize the chance of winning new business. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to gather and verify the details needed for the proposal. Writes, edits, and organizes proposal content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with the organization's capabilities and branding, often customizing responses for unique inquiries. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Typically requires 4-7 years of related experience.
