Professional Services Specialist II

Requirements and Responsibilities
Provides expert support, advice, and solutions to clients that are implementing or using a company's product, service, or business process. Assesses and analyzes the client's needs and recommends the most effective solutions. Responsible for implementing solutions, customizing offerings, managing/supporting projects, and monitoring project progress. Maintains strong client relationships through ongoing support and process improvement. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.
