Product Regulatory Analyst II

Requirements and Responsibilities
Ensures that existing and new products comply with internal and external regulations and standards. Analyzes regulatory requirements and audits project designs, plans, and processes to monitor compliance with current or upcoming regulations. Prepares required filings for approvals, notifications, and testing data reporting and ensures quality and correctness of filings in content, format, and timing requirements. Collaborates with product teams to coordinate regulatory changes and support compliance actions. Researches industry trends and recommends improvements for testing processes, labeling standards, and technical literature for legal or marketing. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.
