| Captures, organizes, and shares knowledge across an organization to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and organizational learning. Designs systems and processes to ensure employees can easily access accurate and up-to-date knowledge. Manages databases, documentation, and collaboration tools. Identifies knowledge gaps and improves information flow. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience. |
