Requirements and Responsibilities
Responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing insurance products. Monitors industry trends, competitor filings, and consumer needs to identify opportunities for innovation. Analyzes market trends and customer feedback to determine the strategic direction for product offerings. Collaborates with teams across the organization to launch products, create supporting documentation, and ensure successful delivery. Stays current on applicable laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Typically requires 4-7 years of related experience.
