| Requirements and Responsibilities |
| Supervises the planning and delivery of employee programs focused on workplace cleanliness, safety, and sanitation protocols. Leads facility inspections and assigns corrective actions to mitigate health risks while maintaining high safety standards. Provides guidance on procedures to minimize occupational hazards and improve workplace hygiene. Oversees accident investigations to implement preventative measures and ensure long-term risk reduction. Audits facilities for environmental compliance and manages the team's daily sanitation and maintenance tasks. Coordinates and conducts training in environmental regulations and the safe handling of hazardous materials. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes. |
