| Requirements and Responsibilities |
| Provides expert advice and services to help clients leverage technology effectively to achieve business goals. Assesses and analyzes the client's IT systems, infrastructure, and/or processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, or areas for improvement. Provides strategic guidance on selecting, implementing, and integrating technologies such as software, hardware, networks, and cybersecurity solutions. Maintains strong client relationships through ongoing support and process improvement. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. Typically requires 7+ years of related experience. |
