HR Data Analyst
Also referred to as: HR Data Analyst, HR Data Analyst II, HR Data Compliance Administrator, HR Data Reporting Administrator
Requirements and Responsibilities
Analyzes employee related data such as personal information, professional background and compensation matters. Maintains and updates employee information in human resources information system (HRIS). Ensures data accuracy. Interprets data to assist in planning and developing human resource management decisions used for staffing, productivity and training. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a Supervisor or Manager. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.
