CRM Program Specialist II

Requirements and Responsibilities
Responsible for developing and executing customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives and strategies that drive engagement and retention. Uses CRM systems to analyze client data to improve the client experience, identify trends, measure effectiveness, and generate leads. Builds and maintains relationships with both current and prospective clients. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.
