Requirements and Responsibilities

Software Quality Assurance Analyst IV evaluates and designs testing procedures to ensure that software meets established quality standards. Develops and writes testing scripts and plans to ensure that software functions as expected. Being a Software Quality Assurance Analyst IV involved with a variety of user testing. Prepares complex data sets to test logic, error handling and system workflows. Additionally, Software Quality Assurance Analyst IV conducts testing of more complex features. Verifies fixes. Monitors and documents testing results according to required procedures. Deep knowledge of software development cycle and quality assurance methodologies. Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to Quality Assurance Manager. The Software Quality Assurance Analyst IV work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. To be a Software Quality Assurance Analyst IV typically requires 7+ years of related experience.
