Requirements and Responsibilities

OTC Clerk monitors stock trades, assists with stock contracts, and ensures accurate stock prices in the over-the-counter market. Keeps stock trading records and resolves any trade discrepancies. Being an OTC Clerk may require an associate degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The OTC Clerk works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. To be an OTC Clerk typically requires 1-3 years of related experience.
