Requirements and Responsibilities

Land Administrator IV assist in the preparing, updating and maintaining all land documentation, land maps and lease records. Ensures all information compliance with all local, state and federal agencies and regulations. Being a Land Administrator IV requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager. To be a Land Administrator IV typically requires 7+ years of related experience. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group.
