Requirements and Responsibilities

Land Administrator III assist in the preparing, updating and maintaining all land documentation, land maps and lease records. Ensures all information compliance with all local, state and federal agencies and regulations. Being a Land Administrator III requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor. To be a Land Administrator III typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.
