Plans and directs all aspects of an organization's operational policies, objectives, initiatives. Develops strategies to attain short- and long-term financial and operational goals. Directs the development of the organization to ensure future growth. May require a master's degree. Typically reports to a Chief Executive Officer. Top level or C level management. Responsible for the development of functional or business unit strategy for the entire organization. Defines corporate vision and strategy establishes company direction and focus. Executes multiple high impact initiatives to achieve overall corporate goals.
