Documents system requirements, defines scope and objectives, and creates system specifications that drive system development and implementation. Being a Business Systems Analyst II incumbents function as a liaison between IT and users and have both business and technical expertise. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Business Systems Analyst II typically reports to a manager. The Business Systems Analyst II gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.
