Treasury Manager

Requirements and Responsibilities
Manages day-to-day activities in treasury functions to meet the financial obligations of the organization. Performs treasury activities related to cash flow, borrowings, debt, and capital management. Allocates cash balances, maintains investment records, and prepares expense and earning forecasts. Ensures policies and procedures meet the organization's objectives, needs, and regulatory body requirements. Determines procurement of funds and monitors investments and collections. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a Director. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. Typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required.
