| Requirements and Responsibilities |
| Supports sales teams during the pre-sales phase with product knowledge and solution development for a single product or product line. Prepares and delivers product demonstrations to prospects, customers, and sales organizations. Maintains current product information and liaises with implementation teams to develop solutions and strategies for a successful deployment. May provide post-sales support and information to resolve customer problems. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. Typically requires 7+ years of related experience. |
