Requirements and Responsibilities |
Translates and communicates the product vision to Agile development teams utilizing the Scrum framework. Collaborates with stakeholders to define product requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria and to produce a clearly defined backlog. Implements solutions and prioritizes requirements to deliver the best value to the customer and the business. Acts as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams to understand roadblocks and specifications and recommend actionable solutions. Gathers, records, and organizes feedback to help improve processes, workflow, or product development. Oversees development to ensure requirements are implemented effectively within the required timelines. Responsible for project budget oversight and adherence. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically requires Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). Typically reports to a manager. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Typically requires 4-7 years of related experience. |
