| Requirements and Responsibilities |
| Designs, deploys, and maintains scalable process automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) frameworks, tools, and applications. Develops specifications to design, configure, and implement automated workflow solutions and streamline business processes. Uses RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Workfusion, Automation Anywhere) to deliver reusable automation components compatible with existing systems and applications. Routinely monitors and tests RPA solutions and troubleshoots and resolves functional issues. Gathers and analyzes existing process flows, use cases, and technical requirements to identify new opportunities for automation. Collects data and metrics to monitor and maintain bot performance, measure utilization, and enhance functionality. Documents and maintains scripts, algorithms, and logic to ensure accurate, efficient, and reliable performance and functionality. Requires a bachelor's degree. May require certification in RPA vendor-specific tools. Typically reports to a manager. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Typically requires 4-7 years of related experience. |
