| Requirements and Responsibilities |
| Supervises project management support staff and project coordination activities to ensure efficient execution of internal projects and adherence to organizational standards. Oversees project scheduling, documentation management, reporting processes, and resource coordination activities across multiple initiatives. Reviews project timelines, workload distribution, and operational priorities to support the timely completion of project deliverables. Develops procedures and workflow improvements to enhance project tracking, communication, and administrative efficiency. Coordinates with project managers and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and maintain alignment with project objectives. Supports staff development, training, and performance management activities within the project management support function. Requires a bachelor's degree. May require Project Management Certification. Typically reports to a manager. Supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. |
