Product Regulatory Analyst V

Requirements and Responsibilities
Ensures that existing and new products comply with internal and external regulations and standards. Analyzes regulatory requirements and audits project designs, plans, and processes to monitor compliance with current or upcoming regulations. Prepares required filings for approvals, notifications, and testing data reporting and ensures quality and correctness of filings in content, format, and timing requirements. Collaborates with product teams to coordinate regulatory changes and support compliance actions. Researches industry trends and recommends improvements for testing processes, labeling standards, and technical literature for legal or marketing. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. Typically requires 10+ years of related experience.
