Product/Brand Management Manager

Requirements and Responsibilities
Manages a product's lifecycle to ensure profitability and increase brand presence and awareness. Implements standard operating procedures to guide the forecasting of demand and profitability for potential products and drive branding and marketing strategies. Reviews marketing metrics and customer feedback to understand market trends and customer behavior and drive decision-making. Leads and mentors the product management team and acts as a point of guidance for complex or unusual issues. Collaborates with marketing and product development departments to ensure business and customer needs are incorporated into product design and marketing campaigns. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes.
