Technical Sales Support Specialist III

Requirements and Responsibilities
Provides technical advice to the sales force to resolve product or service requests regarding engineering, technical or scientific issues. Provides troubleshooting assistance for customer orders and account statuses. Provides documentation on product specifications and usage to the sales team. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.
