Industrial Engineer II

Requirements and Responsibilities
Designs equipment or machine layout to coordinate activities and production planning to ensure products meet quality standards while minimizing production problems and costs. Develops and maintains manufacturing routes for maximizing space, efficiency, and effectiveness. Ensures compliance with industry safety and design standards and guidelines. Typically requires a bachelor's degree of engineering. Typically reports to supervisor or manager. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.
