Requirements and Responsibilities
Monitors an organization's telecommunications network. Tests and reviews an organization's telecommunications system to ensure dependable operation. Records and analyzes key performance metrics to monitor network conditions. Drafts and submits reports to assist with the development of telecommunications systems. Identifies network bottlenecks and recommends strategic improvements. Provides training and support on telecommunication functionality to customers. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.
