Inventory Control Analyst II

Requirements and Responsibilities
Controls inventory of goods needed for forecasted sales and scheduled distribution. Monitors and updates master schedule to reflect inventory turnover, stocking decisions, forecasting, and administrative controls. Analyzes inventory levels, production speed, product demand, and shipment schedules to determine reorder levels to ensure product availability and minimize inventory costs. Maintains and updates inventory system. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.
