Information Technology Generalist

Requirements and Responsibilities
Performs overall information systems planning, implementation and administrative procedures in a variety of IT functional areas. Provides operational infrastructure support, maintenance, troubleshooting to ensures optimum utilization of IT resources. May be involved in hardware/software/vendor selection, security, training, coordination and scheduling of IT initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.
