| Requirements and Responsibilities |
| Leads the daily execution of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) programs and operational activities. Manages a team to implement sustainability and ethical initiatives in alignment with corporate strategy. Oversees data collection and reporting, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to industry standards. Partners with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to support responsible business practices. Monitors performance metrics, identifies process improvements, and drives execution of ESG projects and employee engagement campaigns. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes. |
