Requirements and Responsibilities
Collects and maintains accurate credit information. Reviews and verifies overdue accounts. Contacts costumers to confirm outstanding payments and renews credit information to help minimize outstanding debts. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Gains or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Works under moderate supervision. Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience.
