| Requirements and Responsibilities |
| Participates and assists in the engineering design, development, implementation, and maintenance of instrument/electrical control systems. Collaborates with engineers to validate setup, configuration, and troubleshooting tasks. Uses and follows engineering standards and methods to assist with modeling and testing of control systems. Assists with testing of systems, devices, and instruments. Uses established methods to generate calculations, documentation, and reports related to testing and performance of controllers. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or similar field. May require formal certification or registration. Typically reports to a manager. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Typically requires 4-7 years of related experience. |
