Compliance Specialist II
Also referred to as: Compliance Officer, Experienced, Corporate Compliance Analyst, Experienced, Regulatory Affairs and Compliance Specialist II
Requirements and Responsibilities
Assists in the development and implementation of compliance programs for the organization. Monitors business activities for compliance with applicable rules and regulations. Ensures operating manuals and procedural documents stay current when regulations change. Responds to inquiries from regulatory agencies and completes required compliance documentation. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.
