Sales Supervisor - Outside
|
|
Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of "outside" sales representatives engaged in promoting and selling a product in person. Recommends changes to current outside sales techniques or procedures based on team performance and new selling techniques. May require an associate's degree in business with 2-4 years of experience in sales. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a senior manager.
