Litigation Support Manager
|
|
Oversees the support provided to the organization's litigation efforts through the use of technology. Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining litigation databases. Provides training to the end users on database use and document management. Confirms the accuracy of the documents and exhibits for trial. Oversees the daily operation of the department and coordinates special projects. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5-7 years in the field. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to the head of a unit/department.
