Consumer Loan Collection/Recovery Rep. I
|
|
Responsible for contacting "bad debt" customers to collect payments and settle accounts. Initiates account settlements pre-approved by a supervisor. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor.
