Industrial Engineering Manager
|
|
Plans and oversees layout of equipment, office, and production facilities. Conducts studies in operations to maximize work flow and spatial utilization. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Generally manages a group of industrial engineers. Typically reports to an executive or head of a unit/department. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
