Locomotive Engineer
|
|
Drives electric, diesel-electric, or gas-turbine electric locomotives to transport freight and/or passengers between stations. May be required to complete specific trade school courses and possess necessary certifications. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
