Educates staff on the use of new technology; ensures products and solutions are applied in a manner that maximizes their worth. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.D109 A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
