|
Directs a company's employee relations programs, policies, and procedures. Maintains good communication and a positive relationship with employees to promote employee satisfaction and retention. Counsels employees on issues related to EEO, ADA, performance, and termination guidelines. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 10 years of experience in the field. Generally manages a group of employee relations specialists. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Typically reports to top management.
