Social Services Director
|
|
Directs, establishes, and plans the overall policies and goals for the social services department. Responsible for resident assessments, care planning and helping the residents and families adjust to their new surroundings. Requires a master's degree in a related area and at least 7 years of experience in the field. Generally manages a group of social workers. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Typically reports to an executive.
