Folder Operator
|
|
Sets up and operates machine to automatically fold, slit, and score printed sheets into signatures for binding. Examines work order to determine setup specifications. Adjusts machine during production run as required. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent and 2-4 years of related experience. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor.
