Litigation Support Specialist
|
|
Provides support to the organization's litigation efforts through the use of technology. Designs, implements, and maintains litigation databases; trains end users on database use and document management. May assist in the preparation of documents or exhibits for trial. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in the field. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
