Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr.
|
|
Collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Gathers data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Evaluates patient care data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in the field or a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager.
