Central Supply Supervisor
|
|
Directs and oversees employees responsible for preparing, storing, and distributing equipment as needed for patient care. Responsibilities also include ensuring the proper sterilization of medical supplies and assembling of equipment. Responsible for inventory records of Central Supply Room. May require a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.
