Medical Records Research Coordinator
|
|
Responsible for organizing and overseeing the record keeping activities pertaining to releasing and retrieving medical records for research projects. Ensures all medical records are released according to HIPAA guidelines. May require an associate's degree or its equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
