Laboratory Manager
|
|
Plans and implements the overall laboratory policies, procedures, and services for a unit and/or shift. Ensures efficient and effective departmental operations, including department quality control and compliance adherence. May require a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in a related field. Generally manages clinical technicians. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Typically reports to an executive.
