Casino Pit Manager
|
|
Manages and directs the daily activities for an assigned area of the casino. Surveys the casino floor and looks for players that are cheating and removes suspected card counters. Observes gaming personnel for evidence of theft or ties to dishonest players. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department.
