Mortgage Operations Manager
|
|
Manages and directs the daily activities of the mortgage operations department. Responsible for all lending functions, which may include sales, funding, processing, and closing. Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the operations department. Ensures efficient delivery of products and services to clients. Develops and implements polices and procedures. Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent with at least 7 years experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Leads and directs the work of others. Typically reports to a senior manager or head of a unit/department.
