Litigation Manager
|
|
Provides guidance and advice to a staff of paralegals or legal assistants involved in prosecuting or defending lawsuits. Requires a thorough knowledge of the organization's products/services. Requires a bachelor's/master's degree and at least 5 years in the field. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to the top legal executive/general counsel.
